The Hunting Association of Kannavia was founded in July 2009. The Association’s primary objective has been to enrich the prey of the area falling within the Hunting Association’s jurisdiction, while the Association was established mainly to give hunters the opportunity to share the problems they face with the competent parties.  

The Hunting Association’s Administrative Committee is formed by:

• Presidents: Akis Nicolaou
• Vice-President: Christos Symeou
• Cashier: Alexandros Xenophontos
• Secretary: Alexandros Symeou
• Members: Stelios Stylianou, Takis Stylianou, Antonis Evangelou and Takis Polyviou.

The Kannavia Hunting Association’s main activities involve the release of prey in cooperation with the Game Department, as well as the cleaning of the area’s natural springs.
